A MICHELIN recommended since 2015. We were keen on sampling some New Nordic cuisine during our trip in Copenhagen and Radio exceeded our expectations. The food is beautifully presented and tasteful. We have opted for 7 course menu with wine pairings. Food was excellent starting with a couple of snacks to accompany the Cremant followed by tasting menu. We liked the way the produce of the season/month is shown on the board in the restaurant. It enhances the use of sesonal and organic produce. The wine paring was spot on with some great choices. Very well balanced meal and a great experience.
